Palisade Specifications
Pales:
All pales are manufactured from 2.0mm cold rolled steel formed for strength.
Pales are available in spearhead and split spearhead, varying in lengths between 900-2 400mm
All pales are fixed with dome formed anti-vandal bolts and fastened with shear off nuts, this increase the strength, aesthetics and makes all installation modular on site
Horizontal Bearers:
All bearers are 2 450mm long, bearers are bolted between the posts or walls upper and lower.
All bearers are manufactured from 2.0mm cold rolled steel formed for 270mm girth for strength eliminating any sagging between posts or walls.
All aligning holes for the pales are pre-punched in the manufacturing process, this ensures accurate alignment of the pales when installing, this negates any possibility of corrosion
Posts:
Posts are manufactured from 60 x 60 x 2mm square tubing, with composite pales welded to increase lateral strength and for the aesthetics
Once the posts are concreted in there is no need for any additional lateral support, this is due to our unique patented design, posts are also manufacture for wall top securing applications.
Gates:
All swing or sliding gates are manufactured using our pales to match the palisade accordingly
Design and Guarantees:
All palisade fencing, gates and components are Galvanised to SABS ISO 14621OF2000 standards, this standard is ideal for costal installations and use
Once galvanised the product can be epoxy coated black, white, green, beige.
Our product can be manufacture to custom specification on request.
